Styling Tips
British Green rewards contrast: camel leather, warm walnut, aged brass, and cream all sharpen against it. Give it a home office corner and it plays the part of the serious reading chair; put it in the living room opposite a lighter sofa and it anchors the whole palette. A slim side table and a warm lamp finish the scene. If your shelves hold more books than decor, this is the chair that belongs beside them. It's also a natural fit for whiskey-and-records corners, if your house is lucky enough to have one.
Care:
Vacuum regularly with a soft upholstery attachment. Blot spills immediately rather than rubbing. Cushion covers are removable for easier cleaning — follow the care label. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
