Styling Tips
Cognac leather is the friendliest brown in the palette — it flatters gray sofas, cream boucle, and nearly every wood tone. Float a pair of Coopers across from the sofa so the swivel earns its keep, and park a small side table just outside the turning radius. An ottoman converts it to full lounge mode, and a floor lamp behind makes it the house reading chair in any living room. Like all good leather pieces, it will look better in five years than it does today.
Care:
Dust with a soft, dry cloth and wipe spills immediately. Condition the leather occasionally with a quality leather conditioner to keep it supple. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources; check the swivel base hardware periodically.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
