Styling Tips
Sundried wood and rattan bring instant warmth to painted kitchens — especially white, sage, or navy cabinetry where the texture reads as relief. Run two or three along an island and keep the seats bare; the rattan is the show. Echo the weave elsewhere with baskets or a pendant from our lighting collection, and carry the finish into the dining room next door. The rattan seat also stays cool and comfortable in summer, when upholstered stools tend to run warm.
Care:
Dust the elm frame and iron accents with a soft, dry cloth. Vacuum the rattan seat gently with a brush attachment; avoid soaking the weave. Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to preserve the sundried finish.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
