Styling Tips
The sand finish is quiet enough to run in pairs without dominating the wall, and its low profile suits platform styles from our beds and headboards. Style the shelf loosely — books laid flat, one ceramic object — and keep the top to a lamp and a carafe. Round out the room through our bedroom furniture collection. In a guest room, stock the shelf with a spare blanket and a couple of good paperbacks; hospitality handled. The metal pull is subtle enough that the piece stays calm even in an already-busy room.
Care:
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth; use a barely damp cloth for marks and dry immediately. Keep liquids off the sand-finished oak with coasters. Avoid abrasive cleaners and prolonged direct sunlight.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
