The Robert Swivel Bar Stool dresses practical engineering in soft boucle — a channel-tufted, medium-back seat that swivels a full 360 degrees and rises or lowers on a smooth gas lift to meet any counter or bar. Styling Tips
Because the height adjusts, the Robert moves with you — kitchen island at breakfast, standing desk by afternoon, home bar on the weekend. In Posh Ivory it brightens dark cabinetry and stone counters; Umber Brown leans clubby and warm. Pull two or three up to an island and keep the spacing generous so the swivel gets room to work. The medium back is the sleeper feature — it turns a quick perch into a seat you can actually linger in through a long breakfast. - Cleaning: Vacuum boucle gently with a soft brush attachment; blot spills immediately
- Fabric: Spot-clean with a mild water-based cleaner; avoid rubbing the loop pile

We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
