Styling Tips
Natural ash is the easiest wood in the house to style — it brightens against white quartz and softens against dark stone. Keep hardware and pendants in black or brass for contrast, borrowing from our lighting collection, and let woven placemats echo the stool's organic warmth. The matching dining chair extends the look into the dining room without repeating it exactly. In a breakfast nook, a single stool tucked at the counter's end makes a surprisingly useful perch for the cook's assistant — order them in pairs everywhere else so the island reads intentional rather than improvised.
Care:
Dust the natural ash frame with a soft, dry cloth; wipe marks with a barely damp cloth and dry promptly. Vacuum the seat cushion and blot spills immediately. Tighten footrest hardware periodically.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
