New Pacific Direct, known in the trade as NPD, offers on-trend furniture at accessible price points.
At What's New Furniture in Portland, we carry New Pacific Direct pieces spanning dining, living room, bedroom, and home office. Check each listing for materials, dimensions, and availability.
NPD's dining chairs range from classic linen side chairs with nailhead trim to modern velvet channel-tufted seats. When you compare chairs, check the seat height against your table, the frame material, and how easy the upholstery is to clean.
NPD bar and counter stools cover kitchen island and home bar needs, with swivel models for adjustable height and rotation and fixed-height stools in rattan, leather, and performance fabric. Match the stool height to your counter: counter-height stools suit standard kitchen counters and bar-height stools suit raised bars.
NPD's coffee table lineup includes wood, wood-and-metal, and nesting designs. Nesting sets save space without sacrificing surface area, and matching side tables and console tables are a good way to coordinate a room.
NPD's dining tables come in rounds and rectangles, with trestle, pedestal, and four-leg bases. Measure your room first and allow about 36 inches between the table edge and the wall or other furniture. Check each listing for seating capacity.
Nightstands, dressers, and bedroom furniture from NPD pair with the finishes in the dining and living room pieces. Check drawer construction and glides in each listing's details. Bookcases and desks round out the home office selection.
Choose one dominant wood tone and repeat it around the room, then add a second tone or a metal finish as an accent. Our team can help you coordinate finishes across NPD collections to build a cohesive look.
At any price, check the materials listed on each product page. Solid wood, veneer, and engineered wood each have different strengths. Look at the weight and joinery of frames, and for upholstery consider durability and easy-clean options.
