That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.

Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
