How fast is same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is $299 for eligible in-stock items ordered by 1 PM in our local delivery area. Call to confirm eligibility and the full charge before choosing it. We call to confirm your window; if your order does not qualify, we let you know and refund the same-day fee. Buying online does not reserve a window.
What’s the difference between front-door and white-glove?
Front-door means drop-off. White glove adds room placement, assembly or setup, function testing and packaging removal. Service fees vary by piece and are added to front-door delivery. See the current service table.
Can you remove my old furniture?
Removal is separately priced by item, requested at purchase and one-for-one with the furniture you replace. Items must be safe and sanitary. Review removal options and confirm the correct price with our team.
Do you deliver to Beaverton and the west side?
Yes. We deliver throughout the Portland metro, including Beaverton and Cedar Mill, Hillsboro, Tigard, and Lake Oswego. View current delivery zones and pricing.
