Styling Tips
Use it where the pattern gets seen from above — beside a low armchair, at the end of a chaise, or as an unconventional bedside table. Keep nearby fabrics solid so the checkerboard stays the star, and match its chestnut tone to leather or walnut accents in the living room. Pair with the Abstract coffee table when you want the motif to carry the whole space. Guests will assume it was a lucky vintage find, which is the best compliment furniture gets. Care:
Dust with a soft, dry cloth and use coasters to protect the checkerboard surface. Wipe spills promptly with a barely damp cloth and dry. Avoid harsh cleaners and prolonged direct sunlight.
