What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Adler.

  1. I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.
Ramona Perrault · Google review · Sep 2026

    For this piece

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

  2. They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.
    Ally H · Google review · Oct 2026

    For this piece

If an in-stock piece arrives boxed, you have 7 days to bring it back unused in its box for store credit. Pieces we order in for you, custom orders and floor models are final sale.

  3. Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Styling Tips

Use Adler where a smaller living room needs a softer custom sofa without a bulky sectional footprint. Ice Blue pairs with walnut, brass, cream rugs, terracotta, patterned pillows, and black accent tables. Confirm sofa width, seat depth, doorway clearance, stair turns, and fabric preference before ordering.

Care

  • Cleaning: Vacuum upholstery with a soft brush attachment and blot spills promptly with a clean dry cloth
  • Protection: Keep sharp objects, harsh cleaners, heat, and extended direct sunlight away from upholstery and frames
  • Fit check: Confirm room dimensions, doorway clearance, stair turns, seating clearance, and delivery path before ordering
