Hand-built in the Pacific Northwest, it's the sofa you buy once and keep re-styling around for a decade.

Styling Tips
Rhine Terracotta is a warm neutral with an opinion — it reads brown from across the room and rust up close, which makes it forgiving under Portland's grey light. Ground it with a low walnut coffee table and a worn Persian or flatweave rug, then let one cool accent do the arguing: sage, deep teal, or a slate-blue accent chair pulled up at an angle. Keep pillows and throws in cream, oatmeal, and moss so the terracotta stays the warm center. At 87 inches it anchors a full living room without crowding a bungalow front room — and if you need the corner turned, the Cannon is also built as a sectional.
Care
- Cleaning: Vacuum weekly with an upholstery attachment; blot spills immediately with a clean dry cloth, working from the outside in
- Fabric: Spot-clean per the fabric's cleaning code; test any solvent on a hidden seam first
- Cushions: Rotate and flip the seat cushions regularly so the two seats wear evenly
- Placement: Keep clear of heat vents and prolonged direct sunlight, which fades warm-toned chenille fastest
- Warranty: Covered by the Stylus limited lifetime frame and suspension warranty

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
