What neighbors say about getting it home

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Lombard.

I have stairs and tight corners; I was very worried the couch wouldn’t fit. But they consistently reassured me, and they got it into my apartment beautifully.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.

They communicated, called in advance, showed up on time and were super quick hauling away my old sofa and bringing in my new one all the way up 3 flights of stairs.

Alicia was amazing while I was buying a sectional couch - she was professional and navigated gracefully through my challenges, making a decision and changing configurations.

Sizes, materials and care

The Lombard Queen Bed Frame understands that a bedroom should lower your heart rate: a softly upholstered frame in warm Agnes Beige, clean horizontal lines, and slender walnut legs that lift the whole piece off the floor. It's a calm, mid-century-leaning take on the upholstered bed — present enough to anchor the room, quiet enough to let you sleep in it.

Details

Dimensions: 66" W × 86" L × 39.5" H — queen scale that won't overwhelm the room
Upholstery: Soft padded frame and headboard in Agnes Beige
Legs: Walnut-finished wood legs with a light, elevated stance
Style: Clean-lined mid-century modern profile
Headboard: Cushioned backrest comfortable for reading and slow mornings
Line: A What's New private-label design, sized for real Portland bedrooms

Styling Tips

Agnes Beige is a true team player — white linen bedding keeps it airy, while rust or forest tones turn it moody without a repaint. Flank the bed with a pair of walnut nightstands to echo the legs, and hang art low over the headboard so the vignette reads as one piece. A bench at the foot finishes the hotel effect. Build the rest of the room from our bedroom furniture collection and keep the palette to three calm tones.

Care

Fabric: Vacuum the upholstered frame with a soft brush attachment; blot spills immediately
Legs: Dust the walnut legs with a soft dry cloth; check fittings occasionally
Rotation: Rotate your mattress regularly for even wear on the platform
Placement: Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to preserve the Agnes Beige tone
