What neighbors say about ordering custom here

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Anelo.

This is the second time I’ve gotten a semi-custom couch from What’s New and both times I had a great experience. The furniture is high quality and really lasts.

We had a very difficult time choosing a fabric (took us more than a month 🙃), and came into the store SO MANY TIMES.

We chose white glove delivery to remove our old couch & the delivery was incredibly smooth and professional.

Sizes, materials and care

The Anelo Apartment Sofa by Stylus is small-space design without the compromise: clean lines, soft plush seating, and a sleek silhouette scaled for apartments, condos, and snug dens. Shown in Shelby Cloud — a calm, cloud-soft neutral — it's the sofa that fits the floor plan first and still looks like the room was designed around it.

Details

Scale: Apartment-sized frame for close-in living rooms and dens
Upholstery: Shown in Shelby Cloud — a soft, versatile neutral fabric
Comfort: Plush, sink-in seating balanced by a clean structured silhouette
Origin: Handcrafted in the Pacific Northwest by Stylus
Customization: Part of the Stylus custom upholstery program — order it in the fabric you want
Best for: Apartments, condos, lofts, and second sitting rooms
Dimensions: 85" W x 39" D x 34" H (sofa), loveseat 62"W, chair 39"W, apt-size 77"W; varies by configuration

Styling Tips

Neutral fabric, small footprint — the Anelo is the easiest sofa to build around. Layer in color through pillows and throws, keep the coffee table leggy so the floor stays visible, and a small room will read twice its size. Shelby Cloud takes both warm and cool palettes, so commit to one metal tone nearby and let the sofa stay quiet. Want a different mood?
