Rook Basket, Small

The small Rook basket is the one that fits where the other two will not: beside a lounge chair, in an entry, under a console. Coiled banana leaf and raffia in mixed tan and medium brown, with two loop handles and no dark stripe columns. It holds magazines, kindling, or a folded throw without asking for a whole corner. Styling

Use it on the floor next to a lounge chair in the living room, or just inside the door for mail, scarves, and a pair of slippers. It is also the right scale for a bedroom nightstand wall or a bathroom that can take a natural fiber (dry towels only). The mixed coils want warm wood and a vintage rug nearby so the basket looks collected. Group it with the large and the dark-striped medium Rook for a stepped trio, or keep it alone on a small wall. Because the fiber is natural, tone and coil thickness shift a little from piece to piece. That variation is the point. Pair it with one confident accent (terracotta, sage, or rust) and it recedes into the room instead of reading as a leftover from a set.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.

If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.

Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.

Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.

Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
