What neighbors say about ordering custom here

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Steens.

…we were initially looking for a consigned couch, but once we saw the Stantons we were sold. Ordered a custom sleeper and very happy with the process.

So comfy. Worth waiting 6 weeks for. Delivery was awesome, they didn’t ask me for anything and removed all wrappings/tape and plastic.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.
We recently bought a custom sectional and we love it! From the sales team (thanks Alicia!) to the delivery team, the service was top notch and we are thrilled with the quality and comfort of the sectional.

Sizes, materials and care

The Steens makes everyday comfort feel considered rather than oversized. This power recliner balances a tall supportive back and softly rounded arms with warm Weekend Walks Mocha upholstery, giving relaxed rooms an inviting neutral foundation. It is built by Stanton and gives you powered control where support matters most.

Features & Construction

Triple-power comfort: independently adjust the headrest, lumbar support, and reclining position with the side-mounted controls.
Overall dimensions: 39 inches wide × 42 inches deep × 43 inches high.
Seating dimensions: 20-inch seat height, 21-inch seat depth, and 26-inch arm height.
Upholstery: Weekend Walks Mocha fabric, a versatile warm brown neutral with subtle texture.
Profile: tall divided back, rounded padded arms, box seat, and fully upholstered footrest.
Maker: family-owned Stanton.
Warranty: lifetime limited warranty on the frame, seat springs and cushion foam; five-year electrical coverage and three-year labor coverage.

Styling Tips

Weekend Walks Mocha works easily with creamy textiles, olive accents, medium oak, or darker walnut in a layered living room. Add an ottoman or compact side surface nearby, then mix in a sculptural piece from our accent chair collection to keep the seating group from feeling too matched.

Care

Vacuum gently with a soft upholstery attachment to remove surface dust and crumbs.
Blot spills promptly with a clean, dry cloth; avoid rubbing or saturating the fabric.
Keep the power cord and surrounding objects clear of every moving part before reclining.
Protect the chair from prolonged direct sunlight and strong heat sources.
Measure doorways, stair turns, and the complete delivery path before delivery.
