This is the second time I’ve gotten a semi-custom couch from What’s New and both times I had a great experience. The furniture is high quality and really lasts.

We had a very difficult time choosing a fabric (took us more than a month 🙃), and came into the store SO MANY TIMES.

Styling Tips
The Andina's organic curves do the work of two pieces — flank it with simple straight-lined accent chairs and a low coffee table so the silhouette has room to breathe. The Platinum colorway sings against warm walnut tones, a hand-knotted wool rug, and brass accents; the Chianti velvet pulls forward in a warm-neutral room with cream, oak, and matte black. Layer in pillows and throws from our pillow & throw collection, and explore companion pieces in the living room collection.
Vacuum upholstery weekly with a soft brush attachment
Blot spills immediately with a clean white cloth — don't rub
Spot clean with a mild fabric cleaner; test in a hidden area first
Rotate and fluff cushions every 4–6 weeks to maintain shape
Lifetime frame warranty from Stylus; cushion construction backed for one year
Made-to-order — ~6 week build time from order confirmation
