What neighbors say about ordering custom here

Google reviews of our Portland store, and what each one means for the Timber.

…we were initially looking for a consigned couch, but once we saw the Stantons we were sold. Ordered a custom sleeper and very happy with the process.

So comfy. Worth waiting 6 weeks for. Delivery was awesome, they didn’t ask me for anything and removed all wrappings/tape and plastic.

The first flight of stairs is on us; a second flight is $50, and $25 for each one after. Tell us about tight turns when we schedule.
We recently bought a custom sectional and we love it! From the sales team (thanks Alicia!) to the delivery team, the service was top notch and we are thrilled with the quality and comfort of the sectional.

Styling Tips

Lux Midnight lives easily in a SE Portland Craftsman with cream wainscoting and a vintage Persian rug. Rio Spinach loves an NE Portland mid-century home with an exposed cedar-beam ceiling and a hand-knotted rug. Vintage Moss is your move for a warm earthy room with a terracotta accent wall and gallery-wall energy. Marquis Rust velvet was made for a Pearl District loft — exposed brick, brass, and big steel-sash windows. Browse our living room furniture and accent chairs to finish the room.

Care & Warranty

Vacuum upholstery weekly with a brush attachment
Rotate cushions monthly to even out wear
Spot-clean spills immediately with a damp cloth — blot, don't rub
Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fabric fading
Velvet fabrics may show natural directional shading — this is part of velvet's character, not a defect
Stanton warranty: Lifetime limited warranty on the frame, seat springs and cushion foam. 1-year on fabric and seams. 3-year on feathers. Lifetime limited on labor. Pet damage voids warranty.
