At 87 inches with a substantial two-inch-thick top in a warm honey brown, it is the refined-rustic centerpiece for a dining room that hosts often and hosts well. The proportions are calibrated for real hosting — 28 inches of clearance to the frame keeps knees happy, and long overhangs let end-seat guests actually face the table.

Styling Tips
Honey brown oak is happiest with contrast at the seats — charcoal or slate upholstered dining chairs sharpen it, while cream and flax fabrics keep the whole room mellow. The thick top can visually handle a bold pendant overhead, so do not be shy with lighting. Leave the table itself mostly bare; grain this good is the centerpiece.
