Sizes, materials and care

The Whirl is the chair people argue over. A curved barrel back wraps around a deep, generous seat, and the whole thing spins on a smooth 360-degree swivel base. This floor unit wears Nexus Toffee, a warm caramel-brown weave that makes the curves feel even softer. It is made to order by Stylus in British Columbia, and this one is in stock now.

Give the Whirl a corner of its own: angle it toward the sofa with a floor lamp behind and it becomes the reading seat everyone drifts to.
