About Consigned Furniture
Consignment Furniture in Portland, OR
What's New Furniture is a Portland destination for consignment furniture, featuring secondhand and used pieces that come and go fast. We blend consigned finds with brand-new furniture.
What Is Consignment Furniture?
Consignment furniture is pre-owned furniture placed with a retailer to sell on behalf of the original owner. When the piece sells, the consignor receives a percentage of the sale price. For shoppers, it means access to gently used furniture, sometimes from well-known brands, at a range of prices. For consignors, it's the easiest way to rehome quality pieces and earn money in the process.
Why WNF's Consignment Selection Is Different
At What's New Furniture, every consigned piece is approved and priced by our team. The result is a floor where consigned pieces sit right alongside new inventory.
Types of Consigned Pieces We Carry
Our consigned furniture selection spans the entire home: sofas and sectionals, accent chairs, dining tables and chairs, dressers and bedroom furniture, desks and office furniture, coffee tables and side tables, rugs, and decorative accessories. Styles range from vintage and mid-century modern to contemporary and traditional.
How Consignment Pricing Works
Every consigned piece is priced by our team. Check back often, or visit our newest consignments page, to see what's new.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I check on a consigned piece?
Look at construction first: solid joinery, drawers that glide, and a frame that does not rock. Then check upholstery and finishes for wear you can live with, and measure the piece and your doorways before you decide.
How does furniture consignment work?
You bring your furniture to our showroom, and we display and sell it on your behalf. When it sells, you receive a percentage of the sale price. We handle pricing, merchandising, and the transaction, so you just drop off and get paid. Visit our consignment page for full terms and current intake guidelines.
Is consignment furniture good quality?
Our team approves and prices every consigned piece. For any used piece, check the joinery, drawer action, and upholstery, and measure your space first.
