Chairs and ottomans change often. When you shop, check that the seat height and depth suit how you sit, with your feet flat on the floor. Look for a frame that does not wobble, cushions that feel firm, and fabric without heavy wear. An ottoman can work as a footrest, extra seating, or a coffee table with a tray on top.
