Pickup is free at our warehouse, 1011 SE Oak St, Monday to Friday, 10 to 6, by confirmation only. We reach out within 24 to 72 hours of processing your order, so wait for our confirmation before you drive up.

Scheduling
Scheduling delivery outside the Portland area
You order
In-stock pieces still need preparation. Custom and special-order pieces follow the maker's build time first.
It reaches our warehouse
We schedule once your order is at our warehouse and ready. Buying online doesn't reserve a delivery window.
We call to set the day
Most ready Portland-metro orders are estimated at 2 to 4 days. Outside the metro, we set the day with you when we call.
Delivery day
Look your piece over when it arrives and tell us right away if anything's wrong. Send us a photo and our claims department files the claim for you.
Changing the day
Call by 3 PM the day before. After that, or if no one is home or ready, the delivery fee isn't refunded and the new day is charged as a new delivery: $149 if your delivery was free.
Stairs
The ground floor and first flight are included. A second flight is $50 and each flight after that is $25.
Same-day
Same-day delivery is only for our local delivery area. How same-day works.

Do you have a furniture store in Eugene?
No. Our showrooms are in Portland (439 SE Grand Ave) and Cedar Mill (1026 NW Murray Rd). We deliver to Eugene and Springfield from our Portland warehouse, about 110 road miles away: free on orders of $5,000 or more, about $180 from $1,500 to $4,999, and about $329 under $1,500.
Do you deliver furniture to Salem?
Yes. Salem City Hall is about 50 road miles from our warehouse, so estimates run $209 under $1,500, $60 from $1,500 to $4,999, and free at $5,000 or more.
Do you deliver to Bend or the Oregon coast?
Yes, anywhere in Oregon. Bend is about 160 road miles, Seaside about 80, Lincoln City about 90 and Newport about 135. Orders of $5,000 or more deliver free to all of them; the map and table above have the other tiers.
Do you deliver to Washington?
Yes. Washington delivery is $149 plus $2 per mile past 20, at any order size; the free tiers are for Oregon only. Our independent delivery partner contacts you to schedule.
Can you ship outside Oregon and Washington?
Call us before you order and we'll look into a freight quote. Availability, price and service level depend on where it's going.
Is white-glove delivery available outside Portland?
Yes. White glove is available wherever we deliver and is added to front-door delivery, priced per piece: $158 for a sofa or loveseat; $179 for a sectional, bed, dining table, dresser, accent chair or recliner; $279 for a cabinet bed; and $99 for each additional large piece. All delivery services.
How long does delivery take?
For pieces that are ready, we call to set the day once your order reaches our warehouse. Custom pieces follow the maker's build time first. We don't post a standard delivery time outside the Portland metro. More delivery answers.
