Styling Tips
Candace Spice is a warm, earthy brown-rust that behaves like a neutral once it's in the room — it takes cream and oatmeal beautifully and turns genuinely rich next to brass or aged walnut. Because the Rags sits deep, give it a low coffee table and pull a soft rug right under the front legs so the whole group reads grounded. Layer pillows and throws in cream, sage and clay, and keep a slim accent chair opposite so the deep seat stays the star. Care
- Cleaning: Vacuum weekly with an upholstery attachment; blot spills immediately with a clean dry cloth, working from the outside in
- Fabric: Spot-clean per the fabric's cleaning code; test any solvent on a hidden seam first
- Cushions: Rotate and flip the deep seat cushions regularly — they take the most wear
- Placement: Keep clear of heat vents and prolonged direct sunlight
- Warranty: Covered by the Stylus limited lifetime frame and suspension warranty

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. Not sure it's right? Ask about “If It Fits, It Sits” — take select in-stock pieces home for up to 2 days and live with them before you commit.
If your item came boxed and you still have the packaging, you've got 7 days from the day you get it to tell us you'd like to try something else. Bring it back to the showroom unused and in its box, and we'll put the full amount on store credit so you can find the right piece. Credit doesn't expire.
Custom orders, consignment, and floor models work differently — those are built to your specs, owned by someone else, or the last one on the floor, so they're final. That said, if you're in a real bind on a custom piece, tell us. Some of our vendors will take one back for a restocking fee, and we're happy to ask on your behalf.
Warranty
Warranty coverage comes from the manufacturer, so terms vary by brand. Several of the makers we carry offer a lifetime warranty on the frame, the springs, and the resiliency of the cushions; others cover a set number of years. Fabric and leather coverage is typically separate from structural coverage.
Whatever your piece carries, you don't have to chase it down. If something arrives damaged or a defect appears later, contact us and our claims department files with the manufacturer on your behalf and sees it through.
