3. Pricing — We price based on brand, condition, age, and current market demand. Our goal is fair pricing that moves pieces within 60-90 days.
4. Display — Accepted pieces are staged in our showroom alongside new furniture, so they get the same visibility and foot traffic.

Tips for Buying Used Furniture

• Check the frame — Sit on it, rock it, lift a corner. Solid wood frames (oak, walnut, maple) last decades. Particleboard and MDF won't survive a move.
• Smell it — Odors in upholstery are nearly impossible to remove. If it smells off in the store, it'll smell off in your home.
